Frequently Asked Questions

We require a minimum 15-amp power source with a 3-pin socket head to run our commercial espresso machine and grinder. For larger-scale setups with multiple machines, additional dedicated power points may be needed.
Minimum floor space: 1.5m x 1.5m for standard coffee cart setup
Custom-built booths: A countertop of at least 120cm (L) x 60cm (W) is needed to comfortably fit 1 espresso machine, 1 grinder, and supporting equipment.
Under-counter space: A clear area (without shelving) below the espresso machine is required to house our water tank. Other cabinetry shelvings provided to store supplies will be appreciated!
Bar fridge (optional, but recommended): For multi-day or long-hour events, we recommend providing a small bar fridge for proper milk storage to maintain freshness.
With a double grouphead espresso machine and two baristas, we can serve approximately 150 cups per hour at a comfortable pace.
For higher demand, we can supply additional machines and baristas to increase output, ensuring smooth service even during peak hours.
